Amanecer is excited to relaunch our Volunteer Program! We have included opportunities for episodic volunteering. Volunteer opportunities are listed below and will be updated on an as-needed basis. An updated Volunteer Form can be found below.

Active Volunteer:
A volunteer who has undergone a background check, agreed to the terms and conditions of our volunteer program, and selected the ongoing volunteer opportunity(ies) they prefer. Active volunteers agree to be registered in our volunteer database.
Not currently accepting Active Volunteers.
Episodic Volunteer:
A volunteer who opts to commit to short-term events or projects; episodic volunteers might be associated with an outside organization who dedicates services to events or whose company has provided a team of volunteers for an event/project. Episodic Volunteers are not always required to register in our volunteer database.

Thanksgiving Food Drive
Food Drive Volunteer(s) will work with the Development Team to collect, organize, and distribute Holiday Meals to Families. Episodic Opportunity
Holiday Toy Drive
Toy Drive volunteer(s) will assist the Development Team by organizing and participating in the children’s Toy Drive. Event date TBD in December 2026; planning and implementing this event is a success begins now. Episodic Opportunity
