Amanecer has been a leading provider of community mental health and case management services in Los Angeles since 1975. A trauma-informed agency with a focus on cultural competency, accessibility, and evidence-based practices, Amanecer provides new beginnings for some of LA’s most vulnerable residents every day. With two office locations in Downtown and Central LA and several co-locations across the city, we serve close to 2,000 individuals each year, not including the siblings, family members, and parents of clients benefitting from case management services, family therapy, and parenting training.
July 2024, Amanecer was excited to join with Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) to increase our impact and to continue to provide the reliable and accessible services our community has come to know.
